Porchia SMS Privacy Policy

What messages we send
Porchia sends transactional SMS alerts to one trusted contact chosen by the account holder, only when the account holder pauses an online purchase for review. Each message contains the purchase amount, the website, and a secure review link.
Message frequency varies and depends entirely on how often the account holder pauses a purchase. Typically this is a few messages per month, never on a schedule, and never marketing.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Your mobile number is never shared
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Your number is used for exactly one thing: delivering the purchase-review alerts described above.
What we store, and for how long
Each purchase review (including the trusted contact's name and phone number) is stored with a 24-hour expiry and is automatically and permanently deleted after that. There is no archive, no analytics profile, and nothing is sold to anyone, ever.
How consent works
The account holder personally asks a family member to be their trusted reviewer and, with that person's agreement, enters their number in Porchia's settings. Messages are only ever sent to that one chosen contact.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out permanently. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@porchia.app.
