Porchia SMS Terms & Conditions

1. The program

Porchia sends transactional purchase-review alerts by SMS. When a Porchia account holder pauses an online purchase, their chosen trusted contact receives a text with the amount, the website, and a secure link to approve or decline the purchase.

2. Consent

You receive Porchia messages because a family member personally asked you to be their trusted purchase reviewer and added your number, with your agreement, in the Porchia app's settings. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with the account holder's activity, typically a few messages per month. Porchia sends no marketing, promotional, or scheduled messages.

4. Fees

Porchia does not charge recipients. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

5. Opting out

Reply STOP to any Porchia message to opt out permanently. You may also ask the account holder to remove your number from their settings.

6. Help

Reply HELP to any message, or contact support@porchia.app.

7. Privacy

Your number is used only to deliver these alerts and is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See the full SMS Privacy Policy.

8. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
